Amelia goes to Charlotte when she starts craving alcohol again.

Addison performs the abortion on her patient in spite of having mixed feelings about it. Sheldon becomes convinced that Betsey's foster brother is the one who is abusing her, not the parents. With Betsey in a coma after her brain surgery, the foster parents remand custody of Betsey back to social services, saying that their son has to come first.
